It's "Wear it Purple" Day today (7th September here) which is mean to "raise public consciousness on the issues surrounding rainbow youth suicide." (see http://wearitpurple.org/). You're supposed to wear a bit of purple as a visual reminder. I was going to stay home all day today and while I'm wearing a purple camisole that's about it. But a friend just called and wants me to help them setting up an anti-virus program on their PC so it looks like I'm going out today after all - in fact they'll pick me up, and give me lunch for the service.

So, I shall spend some time getting ready, and WEAR PURPLE (somewhere).
