Just read this on uk.horoscopes.yahoo.net ...

Money, finances, and career and lifestyle issues, Laura, are all going to figure a lot more prominently in your life this week. You are still exploring possibilities in terms of your everyday livelihood, and finding ways to allow the real inner you to shine. If you have started a new job or have become self-employed then you will be experimenting with ways to make your new situation work for you. Mars moves into your career zone on Thursday which is going to stir up this side of your life quite dramatically. Whereas you have been enjoying a time of relative peace and calm, you are now going to find that life will be stirred up. You may decide to apply for jobs, have that chat with the boss about a promotion, or find a way to make your current business get the profiling it deserves. You have a keen sense of what the public wants right now, so don't waste this valuable information. Mercury moves into Aries on Sunday, which helps with relationship issues and allows you both to discuss the subject in a way that could lead to an innovative solution. Sunday is also intense for the very reason that you may be spurred on to make some big changes.
Sounds good to me. Last week was, well "recovery" from the trip. I was going to do several cards on the w/e but non eventuated. Must get started in earnest this week.

I finally uploaded some photos of My 2006 Palenville Trip. I would have used PicPile but I've been getting weird error messages from it of late.

Gasp - seems I forgot to pick up my veggies at NUSA on Friday (they were disposed of). Urk!

And then I forgot to grab the letters and envelopes to post for the day.

Hmmm. Well there's always tomorrow.

I am the mother who told her lesbian daughter to invite her girlfriend over for dinner.

I am the father who punished his son for calling you a fag.

I am the preacher who told my congregation that love, not hate, is the definition of a true follower of God.

I am the girl who did not learn the meaning of "homosexual" until highschool but never thought to question why two men might be kissing.

I am the woman who argues (quite loudly and vehemently) with the bigots who insist that you do not have the right to marry or raise children.

We are the high school class who agrees, unanimously, along with our teacher, that love should be all that matters.
If you agree, repost this. Do it. You don't have to be afraid. You can handle it. You're stronger than you think.

Hate will not win.

I've done another draft in my Trans Tarot Deck project. You find the details in Trans_Magic.

Just got back home, and discovered Jeb at my front gate. I didn't see him until I opened it and off he went playing with Peggy. I let him play for a bit (so he could wear himself out) and then grabbed and returned him. The last time he was out was the 4th, so 6 day - not bad (they're improving).
