Unexpected Fatigue

Went shopping at Wallsend yesterday and spent time in the library there. Midway through the shopping it was like a switch was thrown and I had no energy. I stood there in the isle not remembering why I was there. Felt very fatigued for the rest of the day and slept for 4 hours after getting home.

Haven't had this for a few years. Not good.

I slept in until 8am this morning, which is late for me.
