I think the anti-arthritis pills are doing Pegasus a lot of good.

Last Wednesday I went shopping and was loaded down with a trolley load of groceries and two sets of works combos from the chip shop. As I was walking down Charlton St what do I see but Kevin with the dogs coming down the street! Both dogs are pulling like mad after they see me. Anyway, I got up closer and Kevin gives me Pegasus's lead and we march back to the house.

Anyway, we just get near #42 and Peggy's "enemy" dogs come down backing behind the fence, and he barks and rushes back - and then his collar snaps in three and the lead (one of those retractable ones) reels back and flies into my hair! Eventually I got him home by dragging him by his flea collar.

Fair enough - he's had that same collar for the last 6-7 years (I repaired it with twine once) but all the same it was quite dramatic. I bought him a replacement on Friday, which is a strange patterned thing with plastic clips. It looks strong however.

Also, he's been playing more with Hallie and running after the ball more as well. Good ol' Belligerent Poogie!

Excellent!
Kismet had two flair-ups over the past couple of winters, but they seem to vanish when she gets used to the cold weather.
Still and all, I'd like to move to a warmer place for both her and myself.
