Food Issues

I stuffed up in the last shopping because I bought a Rock Melon. I stuffed up because I did so without thinking what I was going to do with it. In the past I've fill a half  of it with Cottage Cheese and pepper and scoop o out with a sppon. Being lactose intolerant now, I probably can't have cottage cheese without a massive dose of the runs (haven't tested that properly yet). Probably also applies to Ricotta Cheese as well. So what to fill this with?

I was in Woolies earlier today in the small goods/cool isle, and found lactose free yoghurt, and cheap tubs of Hummus and Tofu. Will experiment. Not sure about commercial yoghurt. The stuff I've been making at home is OK and so far hasn't had any ill effects. But I look at the ingredients list and of course the first item is MILK SOLIDS. Hmmm.
