Windy and Wet

You can tell that Spring's arrived her in Barnsley - it's windy and wet! I'm glad I didn't go to the Blue Moon down in Sydney yesterday - I would have been soaked to skin, if their weather is anything like the Hunter's (and I know it is). Here's what my front drains look like just now:

I was mucking around yesterday, tidying the house up and playing with Peggy in the backyard. I spent more time repairing drainage however, and copped a nail in my bare foot. I probably should have been wearing shoes, but they would have been totally water logged by the end of the day.

In fact, I really do need to fix the gutters and drainage at my place. It gets water logged very easily.

The drain looks lovely if you don't want/need the rain/water send it down here please, we've had the wind, the clouds but not much rain.
