laura_seabrookCaught the tail end of this talk yesterday on ABC24. It had Martin Seligman talking on Positive Psychology. Quite interesting. Seems to revolve around PERMA, which stands for " Positive Emotions; . Engagement (or flow); Relationships/social connections; Meaning (and purpose); and Accomplishment". .
