Ebs Adventure

I woke up this morning and "knew" that Ebony had got out of the house during the night.

I vaguely remembered being woken up about 3am with her jingling bell as she pranced around the room. But when I looked everywhere in the house in the morning - no Ebony. I wasn't entirely sure - Kevin tends to sleep in late and he did today. I knew that Bobby was asleep with him, maybe Ebs was too. But she wasn't.

Discovered that some of the fly wire on the bedroom window had come away. Perhaps she'd got out by that means. I was in a panic for most of the day. I was looking after Jenny's cat for her - it wouldn't do to have her go missing, would it!?

Anyway, she turned up just a few minutes ago. I was in the lounge room drawing some web comic pages (drawing a Roman Triumph correctly is bloody hard work) and she comes springing through at a quick rate into the front room! I'd propped open the doggy door earlier, just in case. I guess she decided to come in to have a rest, after exploring.

It's nice that she comes back.
