Good Night
Feb. 9th, 2007 11:27 amWell, last night was fun - mycosys and I went to the Cambridge, and met
_blubloo_ there.
There was stuffing around with the trains in due to track work, but we got in just in time to watch the Arse Clowns. Wasn't sure about their sound at first, but apart from "engineering problems", they were OK. There were two other bands on afterwards, but neither was that good. There was also almost no crowd there either. Mostly, we chatted out in the bar, and afterwards walked from the Cambridge into town looking for food (alas, only the 7/11 was open). Caught the 3:10am train back to Teralba and then went home. Chatted with Katja this morning before her family picked her up. Kevin's still asleep.
I'm really glad that I went out last night. It wasn't some "grand event", but it was fun, and I haven't had much of the nightclub/going out variety of that lately. Much better than sitting at home on the computer or watching TV.
Quiz #142b
Feb. 9th, 2007 11:35 amI got this from catskillmarina:
- If you could visit one country, which one would it be?
Turkey, or Italy - A weird djinn will grant you three wishes, but only if you are willing to sacrifice three things that you love. What do you do?
Write a story about this (which I have) - If you could permanently and completely cure one of your ills, which one would you choose?
Myopia - *POOF!* You were just offered immortality. Do you take it?
Not without further examination of the offer. Does it include eternal youth, or at least a "freezing" of one's current age? I think not. - If Johnny has 17 apples, and he gives Sally half of them after he eats one, and then gives Skippy three of them after Johnny sells two of them for 23 cents apiece, and then sells four of them for 42 cents after Sally sells half of hers back to him for 3 bucks, how long before you beat Johnny's everlovin' ass for bothering you with all of this?
Bonus Questions!
- Films or Novels?
Both (adaptations)! - High-five?
What, the band? - Angelina Jolie... Hawt, or not?
Average (not)
