Yesterday

Went to Sydney. Saw the Julie Rrap exhibition. Went to Newtown for Dinner. Saw Laurie Anderson in concert (2 hours including the encore of "Let X = X"). It was everything I'd hoped for.

I must get along to things like that more often.

Coming Home

Locked my moped to the bike rack at Cardiff Station yesterday. It was still there when I got back at 1am this morning. Looks like I have a social life again.

A Good Day

Rode my EasyRide out and about today. See my counsellor, dropped in on Jenn, and then went to the uni. I'd originally gone to the uni for a Queer Collective meeting but it wasn't on.

I decided to check a couple of things out instead. After seeing Laurie Anderson last night, I'm serious considering doing my masters, by completing my Trans Tarot Deck (which would involve creating another 56 images in maybe 4 years part time). I don't know if that's a realistic expectation, though the tech officers I know at the uni seemed enthusiastic when I mentioned it.

The person I had to speak to wasn't there today, and the information web page and the prospectus (pdf) is a bit hard to follow. I'm not yet discouraged, as there's more than one university I could go to for this.
