Thinking of the Ducks

I sometimes miss my ducks. Just been thinking of them today...

...but then I remember this.

Missing figure [self-therapy]

Came across this on one of my old journals:

Don't want a lover
  don't want a leech
    don't want a baby
      I'd have to teach.

Just want that company
  just want that ear
    or a shoulder to cry on
      belonging to
        a friend.

I say I want "a boarder"
  but what I want 
    is company
      nothing less
        nothing more.

And so I start
  again
    to search for that
      which hasn't yet
        come.

Gaia Online

Just had a look at Gaia Online again after an absence almost four years.

Hmm, cute. I think Second Life has spoiled this for me. Maybe in another four years...
