A thought (about the Masters)

Was talking to my counsellor about a lot of things this morning. But something became immediately apparent when I was talking about how upset I'd felt about failing to get my masters application in by the deadline, and later discovering that my idea (completing the Trans Tarot Deck) probably wouldn't be accepted.

Blue Harvest

I watched Blue Harvest over at Jenn's today.

This was actually the 1st episode of season 6 of The Family Guy, but over here (Australia) it's being sold direct on DVD. It's a parody of Star Wars: A New Hope (and the title apparently comes from the fact that the code name for Return of the Jedi was 'Blue Harvest').

Anyway, we both thought it was really funny. I loved the scene-by-scene copies (reanimated but with what sounds like the original soundtrack).

I don't think I would have paid $29 for it though.

Tomorrow

I have a lift down to Sydney tomorrow. I'll be helping shift giant candles in a truck from Blackall's Park to Sydney. Looking for a place to stay tomorrow night. Normally I'd stay with either Jayne or Erica but Jayne's out on Friday nights and I haven't been able to get through to Erica.
