Gastritis Attack

I think I'm in the middle a bout of Gastritis. I've thrown up, have diarrhoea, pains in my stomach, a bad taste in my mouth and seem to burp rotten egg smells.

Not good. Yesterday was taken up with me and Kevin (mostly Kevin) building the media pc and rebuilding both our PCs after the parts arrived. However, I wasn't much up to this. The previous night I could barely eat and was dizzy and was throwing up and had diarrhoea. Yesterday it was mostly the diarrhoea and this morning I can't stop going to the toilet (Gabby is looking at me for her breakfast, and Bobby's waiting for his walk).

Bleagh. Must find a remedy to this, as I'm going on a picnic at noon with traci7may, her family, and others. At least that's the plan - not good if  I have to rush to a toilet every 5 minutes.

If anyone knows traci7may's mobile number can you either send it to me in an  IM or phone her to say I can't make the picnic today (diarrhoea is too risky).

Upset about this - I was hoping to see Charlotte again, whom I'm a mentor to. Haven't seen her since the naming ceremony two years ago.
