Sahara's Charity

Sahara was the companion dog of my friend Michelle. Michelle moved to Victoria quite a while ago but before she did Pegasus and I used to visit them at Katoomba.
Sahara (who was half dingo) passed away on Sat 4th April 2009 aged 18 years (I was very sad to hear this), but Michelle has started a charity called (of course) Sahara's Charity. The charity rescues dogs from Animal Shelters and retrains them as medical companion dogs along with their new owner who provides a new home for the dog.
What a good way to help both dogs and people in need.
