they're at it again

Took Bobby for a walk this morning. My leg felt better - the pain has shifted from around the knee to the heel on that side.

While we were out walking we went across the footbridge across the creek. Once again, someone has ripped the barriers out from their base on the bridge! This is at least the second time this has happened. I've reported it to the council and they'll get it fixed (eventually).

Flag Day?

Went down some different streets today than usual, and kept on seeing flags flying in people's front yards. I saw (in no particular order):
