New room names

Names make a difference for me.

I've called the front room "The Study" ever since I moved the drawing table and PC in there. It seemed appropriate, even though I didn't get a lot of studying done there. However, with the drawing table and main university-use pc moving to the backroom (dubbed "The Studio", I might need a new name for it. The sewing table's going to be there, and the PC will have games/social media on it (plus my regular webcomics stuff) I think it needs a name change, as "Study" is too close to "Studio". Have considered ":The Den" but this makes my think of beer drinking blokes watching footy on the TV in a tin shed.

I'm open to a creative name that might describe its use.

Studio Part 3

I ended up getting a different desk yesterday, despite it being double the price of the other one. However it lots of shelves and a space for the tower (even though my current pc was 1cm too tall for it). Took an hour to put together but there was a definite sense of achievement doing so.

Not so fiddling around with the PC and monitor. The PC from the study won't hook up with the AOC monitor. This could be a hardware and BIOS problem (for the motherboard) because Kevin hooked up a dual monitor adapter last year. In any case before I pick up the new box today I want to see it boot with one of these monitors attached. Even if it's the BIOS/Hardware list, it'll show me that the monitor works with at least ONE of my PCs. Then I'll use whichever one that does work with it as the Studio PC. If not, well then I have to rethink things (and will get the staff at the shop to figure it out). 

Otherwise, assuming that all goes well, I will be picking up the 3rd PC today (the 2nd is the lounge/media PC). Things are very messy right now in both rooms, but it will all get sorted out by next Monday I know.
