The cost of going out

Yesterday overall was good fun. I went around Newcastle on the buses (including a side trip to Wallsend to buy just one thing), saw a film, and did some shopping. But at thge same time my right leg and foot hurt more and more. The stuff I bought  I was carrying on my right shoulder and that probably contributed to this. In the end I had two large bags full of stuff, but I don't need to go out again until Monday.

But still it hurts. And of course the day before it ached only slightly, but of course I had a shopping trolley full of stuff rather than a big bag. And aI mowed the back yard as well. But perhaps some of that carries over to the day after. I was sweating and my heart raced when I was in Charlestown yesterday. Just as well that the next thing I did was see a film (Puss in Boots - very funny) and sit down for an hour and a half.

Got to figure out a strategy for this, or I'll end up permanently with either a cane or a walking frame.

Clay Animation Studio

ALDI had versions of Clay Animation Studio for $12.99, so I bought one yesterday. Probably a very very basic system of stop animation , but I thought it's be a bit of fun.
