Had it very bad last nigh, which was a constant battle of running to the toilet (I lost some of those battles). Have slept a lot today and eaten a bare minimum. Tummy still feels bloated. We'll see what tonight brings - am having Taboulleh for dinner.

Sam the cokerspanial comes tomorrow for a couple of weeks. We'll see how that goes.
