I'm getting ready to travel down to Sydney. I have to meet the rest of the group I'm with at Hyde Park about 3pm. That means catching a 9:13am bus from here to make sure I get there on time (the next bus is too late). That means (after bus / train / rail bus / train) I'll get there after 1pm. Time for a bit of lunch and a look around first. The Cross Campus group is dressing in blue (not navy) so they should be easy to spot.

The one worry I still have is what to do after the parade. What usually happens is that I go down and march, and afterwards there is no connection, nothing to go on to, so I stagger back to Central with a huge comedown and catch a train home. I don't want to do that this time, so even if there's nothing I can immediately hook into, I'm staying in Sydney (at least until the first train in the morning).
