It looks like it might fall down if you touch it! And yes, it's not 'their' fence - Both are responsible. Same kind of thing happened when Poppa needed a new fence, the nextdoor neighbours were funny about it but the old fence had many palings missing and it basically had it. You done a good job though - Looks like Peggy won't get out of there in a hurry :)
