CS5 reinstall

laura_seabrookHave had an ongoing problem with Adobe Fireworks. It keeps losing my preferences and keyboard shortcuts. Now, it doesn't do this all the time, but every so often I will run it (mostly to finish a web comic page) only to be confronted by a "welcome screen" (which I've turned off in preferences, and all the preferences and keyboard shortcuts reset to default. Not a critical problem, but a bloody annoying one.
Anyway, I contacted Adobe support and got asked to reinstall all the CS5 apps! Have put this off until today, because I was worried there might be fuck-ups in the reinstall. Have just uninstalled everything, and now I have to run a "clean-up script". Gasp. Here's hoping.
