Came to a realisation today when writing my morning pages. There seems to be an ongoing battle going on between my inner Artist and what I can only describe as my "inner Drudge".

My inner artist wants read comics and books, to go on trips to Sydney, make comics and so on, whereas my inner Drudge seems to worry about the house, the pets, the future, and uses guilt when not enough housework is done. The result = procrastination on certain stuff, notably Tales of the Galli. This wouldn't be so big an issue, but there's only so many hours in the day, and only so many dollars in the budget. This has been going on for a while...
