Well, I just got a call from yet another Telstra marketing person who was "assigned to my case". I decided to hear her out (and fed the pets while listening) and it was a much better outcome this time around. After hearing what my usage was, she agreed that I had the right plan for both Internet and Home lines. I thought I did! That idiot on Friday was like a used car salesman, trying to sell me a people mover when all I wanted was a scooter. Anyway, that should be the last of it (for a while).
