Bit of a worry yesterday when I went shopping after seeing my G.P. I'd rushed for the bus and wore thongs, but had thrown my walking shoes into my shopping trolley as well, for later. My G.P. made a comment that the thongs (flip-flops for non-Aussies) weren't the best things for me to walk in so I changed into the shoes. They are good for short walks but it might have been a mistake.
Went off and had lunch which was a an Indian curry thing and got a "movie deal" with it - a general ticket to any Reading Cinema before August 2013. I had thought that I might see Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, but as the afternoon wore on I was feeling sicker and sicker. I think the shoes had something to do with it - my feet felt over-warm and "pins & needley". In Coles I just lost focus and concentration several times and in Woolies I was not much better. Felt exhausted by the time I got home. No wonder I slept soundly (at first).
But - it's a bit of a worry wandering around only half knowing what I was doing, especially spending money.
