Sleeping Problems
Apr. 3rd, 2006 09:33 amBeen having a hard time sleeping properly since I got back (been two nights so far).
Got woken up early yesterday by Jeb, and it was also the shift in daylight saving, so I was really off, tired and head-achy. Went to bed about 11pm last night, and woke up at 3am with a sinus headache. I almost got on the computer but thought better of it. Instead I watched 20 minutes of "Gentlemen... The Queen" on the ABC. This was a retrospective (in stirring patriotic tones) of Princess Elizabeth until she became queen. Turned it off and then woke up again at 4:30am. Turned the TV back on and "Carry on up the Jungle" was starting. I watched 10 minutes of it and that was enough! Not the best of the series. Got back to sleep and woke up at 6:45am. Still a little head-achy, but no where a s bad as yesterday.
I guess jet-lag, dogs and daylight saving are screwing my sleep patterns up.
