At Tuntable
May. 2nd, 2009 05:29 pmCarol and I have been in Tuntable Falls for the last day.
She arrived at my place Thursday and we left Friday to come up. Train trip from 9:35am to 7:34pm to Casino and a short bus trip to Lismore. Kali picked us up and drove us to Nimbin. We had a look around the town, met James and later went to the Brown House at Tuntable Falls. Lots of stuff goig on in Nimbin this weekend. Bands, stalls, parades and stuff. We saw a little of that last night but both Carol and I were tired from the trip.
Today we helped James and Kali put togetehr a "POT PLANT" float for a parade tomorrow. It's meant to be an industrial plant that uses pot to make things. Good fun putting it together and photos of them when I get home. Carol and I could go into town with James for a comedy night but we're both tired and would prefer to stay and chat with Kali instead.
I AM SO GLAD TO BE HERE. I miss visiting Kali, it's good for me. :)
