Today...

...off to see Doctor at uni. Was originally going to be to get a med cert so I can get my rollover fund early, but will most likely be about my right leg instead.

The afternoon

Was not up to doing the blocking of my journal. Instead I left about 4pm and stopped at Glendale on the way home, where i...

• picked up my new spectacles (everything looks so SMALL now);
• bought two cheap wireless keyboards+mouse (the same make, so if bits die I have a work-around);
• filled my prescription at the Chemist and bought a knee support.

The last was odd. The Doctor at uni wroite me a prescription for Panadol Osteo which eases the pain in joints. I wasn't sure how easy it was to get but when I went to prescriptions they had an entire stand of it (you don't need a prescription)! Still filled the prescription though because doing it that way was cheaper.

So, I'm typing on a new keyboard and using a new mouse, while looking at the screen through new spectacles. It's going to be bizarre for a few days until I adjust again.
