I saw my G.P. - gave me a script for Sandomigran (pizotifen) which I'm to take 4 times a day. I almost came straight home but I went to the free lunch at uni, after finally paying the power bill. I'm glad I did, felt a little better talking to friends down at the uni.

Just got back, played with dogs for a few minutes, and will just sit down now and do nothing.

Sandomigran has worked really well for me. I found it made me sleepy, so I take my three tablets at bedtime, not spread through the day. No one has tried to stop me from doing that.

I started with a 'phase in' period of just one tablet a day for a week, then two, then three. I had migraines during the one tablet stage, but only once since.
