Been an off day, despite seeing "The Dark Knight" (it's passable, but not great) at the cinema today.

I felt waves of melancholy and anger when I walked the dogs this morning, which turned into gradual feelings of nausea and illness. Haven't had a proper lunch which may not help (oh, and I bought a $20 dollar CD/MP3/tape/radio thing too, which was good). Carted 20kg of firewood home in my big blue backpack and felt stuffed when I got there. I intend to vegetate in front of the TV tonight.

How come you didn't like The Dark Knight?

Maybe because I was sick, but I also found it overly long, and partly derivative of the original Tim Burton film.

The first Bale one was good, but also long... I think all movies are long these days :/
