Writer's Block: Dream Job

I had my dream job when I worked in the Australian Bureau of Statistics as a Publishing Assistant back in the early 1990s. I really was happy in that job.

But - the job changed and would have become a telemarketing position; and I was deeply unhappy in my personal life - things changed and that job went. If I was together enough, I would love to be an Publishing Editor working with authors writing short stories and books.

But for now I have other fish to fry, and a "straight job" as such isn't going to work for me, ever again. It'd be so tempting to surrender to the FALSE SLACK dream of being an unthinking wage slave again, but those days are long gone. I have a another destiny which I'm pursuing instead.
