laura_seabrookI'm in a net cafe next to the Metro. I got my ticket, caught the train and met Kim on the way down. It was good to talk to her. I was thinking of renting a room at a hotel for the night and she suggested the YHA. It cost $42 (and I had to get my own toilet paper) but I think it was a good choice. Don't have to worry about trains back to Newcastle tonight.
The show starts in just under 30 minutes. Looking forward to this. Kim had a friend who saw the show at the V Festival (whatever that is) and enjoyed it.

Date: 2009-03-31 09:25 am (UTC)V festival is something similar to Big Day Out in that it plays in cities around Aus. It's run by Virgin Mobile though, hence the name.
