Insurance Phone call

laura_seabrookI just had a phone call from someone in the NMRA wanting to know if I was putting in a claim over the "accident" the other week, in response to a claim by the other party. They mentioned the other person's name once, but wouldn't give me any other details, only to say that their car was at an NMRA garage for claims assessment.
How can I claim when I don't know the details? They said they'd phone back Monday afternoon and take it from there. Great - just what I need. Now I have to be here Monday afternoon.
This is weirding me out.
