Rough Day yesterday

laura_seabrookI went out to go food shopping, and had my left foot go on me, and attack of visual migraine (I had an overlay of neon flashing lights for 20 minutes). When I got home I felt overheated and not well. Felt better after a cold bath.
Hopefully today will be better.
