Two songs I really didn't like at Eurovision

I seem to be in the minority on these, but I didn't like them:

Seemed very average to me.

 

Dull.

 

OK - I'll shut up about Eurovision for another year now.

Shouldn't you be watching 'Aussievision'?

We don't see Eurovision over here.

An "Aussievision" would be fairly brief as there's only six states and the territory here. In the USA you have 52 + DC so you could easily have "Americavision". In Eurovision there are 39 entries, with two semi-finals of 17 songs each to play off to a final of 25 songs. Germany, France, Britain and Spain are guaranteed entry and unfortunately it shows in the quality of their songs.

Same here. 13 provinces and territories, 35 million people...I think we could make a good go of it. Just as long as it was something constructive, not just more boy-bands, rap and hip hop like the American version would be. We have tons of talent.

I thought those songs were boring, too. It's Eurovision, I want the really idiotically cheesy stuff like the French Greek and Serbian entries, and the blatantly bizarre, like Spain, Russia, and the giant apricot seed number. Oh, and the robot woman, that was cool..

Yes, although overall most of the entries were fairly tame this year. No drag queens or monsters, and there were few crazy dances. Lots of pianos though.

"Go figure" is all I can say about that. She didn't even have what I call a "EuroEnglish" accent either, like the compares.
