Empire Line Pattern

I found a pattern for the Winter Ball at Necropolis. It's an "Empire Line" dress, the sort of thing that characters in Jane Austen novels often seem to wear. I love making up my own gear, and the Winter Ball is certainly a place to show it off. Now to get the material and make it!
