Why I keep the Drakes

I just saw the silliest thing, but it reminded me of why I still keep my drakes, even though the outnumber the ducks by 10:2 (and there's now an extra 15 ducklings).

In one of the pens there's a central pillar and next to it I've placed an old upturned ESKY. Ducks like to jump up on this, and look out over the metal base of the pen walls. Anyway, I was just out the back and when I looked in the pen (to check on the ducklings) I saw:

Four drakes all chasing themselves around the ESKY, moving in an anticlockwise circle!

Silly buggers! *grin*
