Just phoned Ticketek and there are still tickets available for the Human League. I'll buy one later today at the Civic agency. It's a tad wet out there, but my best best is still to ride my bicycle to Cardiff station and then ride it home early tomorrow morning.

The beauty of this gig is that it's in the Sydney CBD. That means no night rider bus, and I can probably walk to Central if I need to. They're playing DARE in it's entirety (though I hope they're playing more than that) and I have no idea how long the gig will go for. Starts at 8:30pm but unlike the The Church one I went to, there are no details about supporting bands or anything. For $91 I'd want pure League!

The Human League are playing at the Metro tomorrow night at 8:15pm. I'd love to go, but tickets are $89.90. I have the money, but I'm a little hesitant after seeing The Church in Enmore. It was such a long long trip down and back. But, I can buy tickets from Tecketex over the counter for cash, and can do that even tomorrow in Town (prior to catching the train to Sydney no doubt). This band got me through the 80s, even more so than The Cure or The Church, both of which I adore (not a pun, and that's another band anyway).

Also of note, The Firekites and Steve Kilbey are playing at the Cambridge on the 16th. This one is much more modestly priced at about $15! I will be at that one, even  if I have to buy the tickets at the door!
