The Death of Necro?

I just logged on to the Necropolis Forums for the first time in a while. Not a pretty sight (er, pun intended?). There's now advertising on each page. A bit upsetting, as it was never there before.

Oh well, we shall have to wait and see what happens. Necro hasn't been the same since Scott and Traci left. Not because of organising or anything, but because they ran the club like it was their home, and you were always welcome there. Nothing but bickering since they went to Melbourne. I wish that wasn't so.

That seems to be the general mood at Necro at the moment - it's not the same and everyone is sad at how things are.

death of necro? i think that's fairly accurate. its a pity people won't remember it for the good club it used to be.

No Necro isn't dead...just floundering under a dead-head. With Merryn doing a stirling job, Necro will continue and survive. We left the Necro in good hands, but some have dropped the ball. Thanks for the kind words, but also give the current organisers the chance to re-establish Necro to it's former glory.

I really do hope that such is the case. I was in Perth for the first night at the Lass O'Gowrie, and feeling ill (and broke) the 2nd night, so I haven't seen what it's like yet.
