I've decided to "restart" my Journal. After this post, all my biographical stuff will be posted to Hypergraphia. This is a name which matches my semi regular comic (see Issue # 3 for a sample), just one of my websites matches the title of my comic, Queer Stuff.

So why do this? I'm not deleting this journal, rather, I'll leave it on as an archive or "what has gone before". However, I do seem to be going through a number of changes lately. I created Random Thoughts to review software and games and such, things which just didn't seem to fit in this journal. And I've had some good response to that. Likewise, what I'll be writing in the new journal might be somewhat different (then again, maybe not), it'll mostly be biographically based. In either case, I feel it's time to start afresh, and a new journal with a new user ID makes sense to me.

I'll be keeping OctobrianaOz however, for use in posting in other communities, but only certain ones (lots of pruning about to occur), probably Goth and SubGenius stuff. I have also created Pollychrome (all Pagan and Gallae), at long last. That's how I've always envisioned these personas/pseudonyms of mine.

I'll be re-making friends on the new journal, and you're welcome to befriend me over there. I will however be cutting back on the number of friends and communities I renew to. It's not that I'm not interested, but that there's only so much time in the day, and I'd rather have the friends list on my biographical journal most devoted to friends, rather than communities, to people that I want to keep up with.

A Good Day

I had a good day today. A fair chunk of it was used in setting up multiple LJ accounts (like this one). Time consuming, but I feel that I've done it right. While I was typing away on a terminal in NUSA, I met another uni pagan. Funny thing is, I did yesterday too. Maybe I might meet more soon, as well.

It's after six pm, and I haven't gone home yet. Got to feed the pets and then off to Jenn's to watch the 2nd last LOST of this season. Will secrets be revealed? I doubt it.

Not that it's happening soon, but I'm also keen about the next Wake the Dead, which will be the first one since they lost the "Tailor's on Central" venue. Yahoo! *smile*

Wake the Dead - Anticipation

Looks like I'll be going to Wake teh Dead next w/e. I already have Roderick lined up, and know that _blubloo_ will be there too. I'm also hoping that shiatanscat will be tehre too, but that's a bit more uncertain (and just right now, she seldom reads her LJ stuff).

But, I'm hoping to get my hair dyed for the event - some shade of red with a white stripe. that'd be really good when I also go to the Rocky Horror showing next month (Magenta, natch). After almost 2 months of no clubs, I'm keen for this!
