Had a busy morning today.

First up I went to the dental clinic again, for the tooth that I didn't have removed last week. They've made out a voucher /appointment and it'll be coming out on Wednesday. Oh joy - but at least this time I'll be expecting it.

Then I saw my GP in Charlestown. A client last week suggested that I may have food problems because of my blood group. I've chased up two books on this via the library system : Eat right 4 your type / Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo with Chaterine Whitney / VIKING / ISBN 0-670-04070-3; and The food combining / blood type diet solution by Dina Kader, M.S., R.D. with Irene Toovey / KEATS / ISBN 0-658-00172-8. The idea is that an incorrect diet for my blood type (either O, A, B, or AB) might help result in being overweight, depressed, and a whole variety of symptoms that seem to match with my own experience. In any case, my GP gave me a referral to see a specialist in Watt street, just to check this out.

And then I saw my counseller at the uni. I needed it. Today is a "special day" (Beltaine) and has been partly upsetting me. But so it goes.
