I just finished a great read from the library called The Mammoth Book of Best New Manga. With more than 500 pages, and with 25 stories, it took me a couple of days to read (not quite as long as Bone, but that's 1000+ pages).
I really loved the variety found in this volume. Favourites were Kate Brown's Station, Sofia Falkenhem's Instant Noodles, Jason Cobley & Neill Cameron's Bulldog: Empire (from which the cover at right is taken), Asa Ekstrom's New Shoes and Andi Watson's Princess At Midnight - but they were all excellent.
I hope this is an annual publication, and look forward to the next volume.
