laura_seabrookJust saw a short film on SBS about a man who goes to the store to buy dental floss, and no one's ever heard of it, and he can't find any record of the concept, anywhere.
I've been to stores like that and had the same results. the last time it happened was when I tried to get a container of liver flake dust. You just tip it into your cat or dog's meal and they snap it up. Not only do they no longer sell it (you can get liver flakes in big packets) but no one remembers it either. Just reminds me of 1984 - see you don't need a Ministry of Information, because people adjust their memories anyway.
