Yesterday was a terribly hot and oppressive day. Pegasus, Gabby and Xena, and myself, all felt it. Had a phone call from Mum last night. Perth is having nice weather (for once). All geared up for today with a lunch over at (my brother) Mark's .

This morning I took Peggy for a walk about 6:40am. It was starting to get warm already. I think I'll spend most of the day over at Jenny's, 'cause she has an air-conditioner.

I must be so fucked-up. I'm upset over someone apologising! I just feel like my feelings of "lack of femininity" are just being rubbed in. Xmas fucking break - I hate it! I tried to go out the back and sit with Pegasus, but I was more upset than I thought. I'll go over to Jenn's in a while, but feel guilt if I go there feeling like this.

I can't go on like this. I'm thinking I might go back on the Luvox. It'll make me brain-dead creatively, but I'm just so sick of feeling this way.

Just wish the new year was here - this one has (mostly) sucked.

You know, I think that friends are much better than drugs.

Just got back from Jenny's. We watched a few DVDs, like Lantana, Best of the Comedy Company, Tommy and Cats. We chatted, I talked, and she listened. It helps. I relaxed a lot.

Can't get that from drugs. It's the end of the year and I'm frustrated, but at least I can own that.

And there's always tomorrow.

Just saw a short film on SBS about a man who goes to the store to buy dental floss, and no one's ever heard of it, and he can't find any record of the concept, anywhere.

I've been to stores like that and had the same results. the last time it happened was when I tried to get a container of liver flake dust. You just tip it into your cat or dog's meal and they snap it up. Not only do they no longer sell it (you can get liver flakes in big packets) but no one remembers it either. Just reminds me of 1984 - see you don't need a Ministry of Information, because people adjust their memories anyway.
